No where does it say Trump can cancel or change e******n dates. That is a responsibility clearly given to Congress in Art. 1, Sec. 4 and cannot be abridged or aboragated. "The Times, Places, and Manner of holding E******ns for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such Regulations, except as to places of chusing Senators."

Art. 2, Sec. 1 states, "The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the e*****rs, and the Day on which they shall give their V**es; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States."

The US Constitution does not give this power to a POTUS. The US Senate agrees with this. It just ain't gonna happen. As we say in New York, faugetaboutit! POTUS Hints at Delaying E******n Until it’s Safe and Secure to V**e

President Trump sent out a tweet early Thursday morning with a hint at the possibility of delaying the November 2020 e******n until people can properly, securely, And safely v**e.

The White House quickly issued a statement saying that the president is simply raising the question.

Congress seems to be the only branch of government that actually has the power to delay an e******n.

Many Democrat governors and mayors across the country are maintaining their stance that it is not safe for people to gather outside or inside in groups, unless at B*M protests. They are also pushing hard for nationwide mail in v****g.

The president has said, multiple times, that if mail in v****g were to happen on a large scale it would also lead to massive v***r f***d and be the most c*****t e******n in our history.

President Trump tweeted an example of just 100 b****ts that were mailed by a local news station to test the efficiency of mailing and receiving those b****ts.


That's scary..

While the president, again, does not have the authority to delay e******n, he may be posing a valid question.

Or, he may be trolling Democrats in Congress and governorship to stop pushing lockdowns so that people can be free to open their businesses, go to church, and live their lives.

Oh, and also v**e in person.

There's a good chance he's doing both of those things.

After all, if masks work enough for people to be able to safely protest en masse then surely they could show up and v**e in person, right?
