She does still have the presumption of innocence. Simply because the Dem leaders refuse to give that presumption to a Republican does not mean she should not have it...She is running for ree******n which is her right, and those who believe she did not steal the money, will probably v**e for her. After all, the Dems v**ed for Hillary and Obama in droves, despite the wrongdoing and corruption. Many in this country would v**e for Al Capone if they could, and then complain because he evaded income taxes......kind of like they make statements for the record that Romney did not pay any income tax-though they knew for sure that was a lie. T***h does not matter, anymore-we have no standards any more, and anything goes. I would be surprised if she is actually convicted and given a sentence that matches-she is, after all, not a Republican nor a Trump supporter.
