Masks were designed to trap bacteria. They do that fairly well. They also trap large visible droplets (such as the vapor you see when it is cold). They do NOT trap microdroplets, which you cannot see. But the v***s is not found only in the droplets anyway. The CDC admitted it was airborne more than a month ago. The v***s passes right through the mask and floats wherever the air currents take it. Others, with or without masks, will breath it in. If you have a mask on for more than a few minutes, the reduction in oxygen, even if only slight, will compromise your i****e s****m to some degree. Add the fact that wearing a mask for more than a few minutes means it becomes moist and bacteria, and even v***ses, will collect in the moisture means you will then breath this concentrated soup in. So not only do masks not work against v***ses (even the average size v***s let alone the SARS CoV-2 which is measured in fentometers), they can actually contribute to you getting sick with other illnesses and even the SARS CoV-2.[/quote.
I've read the science that your decisions are based on, we're not reall trained to make decisions on that basis, well I'm not able to anyway, but as someone who has just gotten over a bacterial infection to the lower respiratory tract that I got probably because the air after the Bush Fire ( 6th. January 2020) was very thick with smoke for about 3 weeks, which gave me all the symptoms of pneumonia the only symptom I didn't have which is common with C****-** was a fever, so my doctor was just about to send me to hospital because I couldn't breathe, I h**e hospital so I luckily got out of it and then after 8 or 9 weeks of trying different things, one was prednisone to suppress my i****e s****m, all did nothing, then in May I started antibiotics and that turned the tide and I started getting better, that proved it was a bacterial infection, but even so I learned first hand what it feels like to be so unable to breathe you can't hardly stand up.
I used to listen to Ron Paul of the Liberty Report till he started with the v**e nothing BS, I became very biased in favour of lockdown, I'm still in voluntary lockdown but I never went out much only to the Motorcycle club but I'm not going till I've been v******ted, fortunately I can still practice at home so I'm very fortunate and I want to keep it like that.
Now it may be as you say but the Guardian reported today that South East Asia is in jeopardy of many 100's of millions becoming impoverished due to c****-** and the all have compulsory wearing of facemasks when there is a comparatively small outbreak when the stakes are so high they all can't be wrong, were talking about starving to death, there is things wrong wit wearing a mask but compare that to lung t***splant or the known after effects of c****-** heart ailments that never go away.
I prefer not to risk it, the consensus is of June 26 by Center for Disease Control and Prevention and World Heakth Organization, that cloth face masks are best rather than specialised surgical grade masks.
There are many reasons for this some are psychological and some are biological, a cloth mask doesn't inhibit breathing as much when worn for an extended period and does reduced the v***s floating about in vapour to a certain extent, there is also consensus that asymptomatic people, (prior to exhibiting symptoms ) in conversation with others expel contaminated microscopic droplets that can be soaked up in a cloth mask, but not all apparently, still better than nothing.

Couldn't disagree less.
