Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a) (1)(A)(iv)(b) (iii) states- Any person who encourages or induces an alien to reside knowingly or on reckless disregard of the fact that such residence is in violation of law, shall be punished as provided: for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs fined under title 18...imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.
Section 274 felonies under the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274 A (a)(1) (A): A person, (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he : (1). assists an alien S/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by t***sporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or (2). encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or (3). knowingly assist i*****l a***ns due to personal convictions. It is also illegal for non-profit or religious organizations to knowingly assist an i*****l a***n.
There is nowhere in this law that says anyone is exempt from the law. So now just how many of our politicians, besides the Obama administration, are breaking the law that they are supposed to be upholding? And how many churches and other organizations are now federal criminals for doing the very thing that our federal law protects our country against? We the people, as the true constitutional government of this country, need to demand their arrest and incarceration, should we not?

The people of the UNITED STATES must go into state and federal courts around and bring class actions,and crimmal lawsiutes aganist state,local and any federal empolye,empolyer,or politiction who go along this the. means our presdent,v.p. most of congress and some governer should be arrested TODAY!!!!!!!!! and charged and remove from office to stand trial

Constitutional organizations should begin filing suits against these criminals. If there are any that will do this, and need two more members, my husband and I will gladly join their organization.
