I see how you feel about this issue. I understand how you h**e the idea that the Dems did this to President Trump....I do to, and so do a LOT of people who will be v****g in November. The crimes of Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Justice fall under the umbrella of "misdemeanors"....so they went ahead and accused him of those two crimes. Abuse of Power is almost impossible to prove because it is so vague and broad - it could mean almost anything. And Obstruction of Justice means just that - he was accused of not allowing Justice to take place - which was proven to be unfounded and not true. That's why they acquitted him.

Nancy Pelosi has let her position go to her head. She thinks the House of Representatives is more important than any part of the government. The problem is that she is wrong. The three branches of government are co-equal...BUT she has a huge ego, and doesn't seem to grasp the idea that SHE is not the President. As such, she goes around saying she impeached him and that will never go away. She implies to anyone who will listen to her that what she and her Dem puppets in the House did to Trump is something that is important. It used to be important before she made a farce out of the whole process. But when this goes down in history, the crimes she chose to accuse Trump of will look so vague and unfounded, that SHE is the one who will look like she didn't know what it meant. The term "TDS" will be associated with her because her hatred of Trump got in the way of her thinking like a Speaker of the House should think. The impeachment was a joke, and when people read the details of how it was handled by her and the Dem lemmings in the House, they will realize what a farce the whole thing was, and that it made the seriousness of what an impeachment should be about seem like a circus.

The t***h of the matter, though, is that Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives, led by Nancy Pelosi. When they brought the articles of impeachment to the Senate, it was a done deal....etched in the stone of history. Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives. What the Senate did after the articles were brought to them is a separate issue from the impeachment that was conducted by the House. The Senate cannot "undo" an impeachment brought to them from the House.
