Since there are still many Trump admirers that reject Fauci and other medical experts, I have several suggestions to show your complete loyalty and trust in the POTUS:
1. Attend a covid party.
2. Don't wear a mask when going to a store or a place with lots of people.
3. No need to social distance other people.
4. Go to your gym.
5. Don't get tested if you don't feel well.
6. Don't believe the false news like the New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN or other false news.
I can suggest other tests of loyalty, but this ought to do the trick, and the Donald will be so proud of you.
Who knows, he might even chip in ten bucks to help pay the cost of your funeral.

Anyone not wearing a mask in public, should be arrested and charge with attempted murder, depraved indifference, aggravated assault, all or any combination of them.

I have done all those things and I am fine. (Well, not #1 because I couldn't find a COVID party.) Georgia has had 3100 deaths. That sounds like a lot until you realize we have 10.7 million people. That works out to .03% fatalities. In my county, since the beginning of March, we have had 320 cases (maybe), 20 hospitalizations and one death. During that same time according to official CDC stats we have had four deaths from the plain old non COVID flu that comes around every year. Most of our deaths occurred in the metro Atlanta area, home to Emory University, GA Tech and the U of GA. Timeline fits for right after spring break. Our mortality rate has declined steadily since about May 5th. Right now COVID is nowhere near a leading cause of death. Not much of a pandemic when the plain old flu knocks you out of the #1 spot.
Anytime Schools and Libraries are closed but bars and liquor stores are open, I have a little trouble taking it seriously.
Most of our deaths have occurred in the metro Atlanta area, which holds about 40% of the state's population, but a much higher percentage of the deaths.

Oh I believe in science but I'm wise enough to know when there are liars in the crowd. Oh yes I'm sure you believe the NYT WP and CNN. You don't need to worry about our loyalty but I sure do question yours .

How about anyone wearing a surgical mask for more than one hour, or re-using that mask after it has become clogged and worthless? How about someone who is infected wearing an N95 mask? That's going to do a lot of good, isn't it? How about someone wearing a bandana mask that is useless?
Fewer than half the people in my county of 60,000 people bother with a mask. In five months we have had one death from COVID. We have had only 20 hospitalizations. Georgia's death rate per capita is .03%. Our mortality rate has declined steadily for nearly 12 weeks.
According to the CDC, my county has had four deaths from the plain old flu, and only one from COVID. Which one would you be worried about?
People trying to incite a panic should be the ones arrested.

You poor indoctrinated boob.

Don't you know that the Chinks designed the virus to only attack the weak, the ignorant and the minorities?

Tell me ......Goober,.....why do you think they call us conservatives ?

Conservatism is based on a foundation of strength.

We are strong, therefore we shall survive.

Now put on your stupid mask you little pip squeak.

And remain inside of your hovel until further notice.

Is metro Atlanta, like most metro areas, more likely to have a large percentage of the population drug users, indigents as well as a higher percentage who are permiscous? Those would all add to the percentage with the Chines Virus of course,

You must be the only one left.
Aside from you there are no conservatives, what for they did nothing anyway.
Good luck finding a group of conservatives.
You’re the last one.
They are all radical right wing sensationalists now.
And they are just sensational!!!!!!

major, I agree, but here in the Myrtle Beach area, hardly anybody social distances, or wears a mask. Many people that posts pro Trump ideas seem to not believe medical authorities or scientists. I don't want to insult anybody, but how can people be so stupid?

Milosia, So many of the people that claim to be conservatives are actually reactionaries. There are still conservatives. They are called the Lincoln Project.

Smedley, There may be as many as 3 times as many covid cases as are reported. Many people like kids show no symptoms, but would test positive. These people, while not showing any symptoms of the pandemic can still spread the virus to others and not be aware of it. The cases in many states are rising. Please don't be a victim.

It's my duty to inform you that you are hopelessly ignorant on the subject of conservatives.

I have no problem with allowing you to remain in your current state of ineptitude.

So yeah sure, I'm the last conservative.......Goober.

Wow. I got to point four then realized reading the last couple points might drop my IQ a few points. This thread reeks of partisan hate and ignorance.

Fauci has exercised bad judgement many times in his professional career, and the CDC has handled data with incompetence through this crisis. One doesn’t have to like Trump to see that....if they don’t reject science, that is...
