This is a rather long piece, but it does point up some facts, the give me, give me crowed dose not want to hear.

They don't care. But as I have so long contended, ( keep taking from the ones that have, soon, they will have nothing more to give. What then? )

What is fascinating is hearing the left complain that the wealthy are selfish people who control everything in this country. They don't realize the inherent illogic in that - if they control everything they can only be consider as generous given that they use that control to pay for most everything.

That is true, but the left's ever present tautology is becoming such a crescendo of caterwauling it drowns out any self understanding on there part. I suppose it is much like monkey see, monkey do.

RETW,

That's a great read, but we know this is what is going on in Washington with the lefts agenda. I just wish the ones that need to read it, will take the time. I saw those 2013 IRS numbers a few months ago and the point your making about the lefts push about the 1%'ers should pay more taxes was the first thing that popped in my head was, hell their paying all the taxes now and your post puts logic to the lefts big push on 1%'ers paying more, because that's only place to go to increase the tax revenues, under current policies.

Nice read thankx...But you feel that it's the poor democrats that have turned our constitutional republic into the plutocracy it's become... where do the large military contractors and the industrial military complex along with the Republican party fit in? Maybe Eisenhower was dead wrong with his warning to the American people and the Bush's were right... but either way it was an interesting read

Congrats. You didn't resort to the tautology of your earlier posts, and of those sharing your philosophy.
