A worker expecting a decent wage has a whole different set of problems.
As in the bare minimum wage hadn’t been raised since oh uh 1970?
This was a because people like you think your labor should be free. Along with your own personal decision how much people should make per hour.
How much is rent, food, t***sportation , health insurance, at insurance,
gasoline, Nothing has gone down that the know about, everything only goes up.
So a worker today needs to work two or more of your jobs and if married his needs 2 or more jobs , because, why again????
The very minute you start a business the governmen... (

The government is there to "help you" what?
Sure, local government is there to collect from you for permits and hit you with a variety of local regulations, then collect taxes while you're also paying overhead, utilities, insurance on your business and on your employees, rent unless you own the premises... And as we've seen lately, if your business is in a Democrat run city and there's r**ting, arson and l**ting, the local taxes you pay for police protection don't buy squat... Now there's the federal government, what do they do for you?
Income tax on you, income tax on your business, you have to match your employees' Social Security payroll deductions as well. And in many cases, still more regulation.
Now that we've cleared that up, you have to purchase your merchandise, the components or ingredients thereof depending on the nature of your business as well as cover all your merchandising and logistics, and then there's your employee compensation.
Meanwhile, the only person taking any risk is you, the person laying out all the money and probably incurring a lot of debt at the same time.
You obviously have never run a business, or you'd have at least some vague idea what the hell you're talking about, which you plainly don't.
So... It's not worth all that hassle, stress and risk to end up with barely what you'd earn working for someone else, is it?
This is why you pay your employees what you can afford to pay them, and why you don't pay those who just "show up" as much as you pay those more sk**led and harder working employees who are most instrumental in helping your business prosper.
From your posts, I'm actually wondering if you've ever even had a job as a means to supporting yourself, or if you're one of those parasites who s**m disability incomes for non-disabilities just to get a free ride off the back of the taxpayer.
You certainly don't seem to know anything about what most Americans who work for a living call "the real world."
