The Right Believes Store Owners Should Be Allowed To Refuse Gays, But They Can't Make A Person Wear A Mask?

This is a glaring hypocrisy, they basically feel a store owner has sovereign rights to infringe on a gay persons rights, but can't enforce actual city or state ordinances? Store owners are not making anyone do anything, don't comply or you won't be served...your choice

If you as a freedom loving proud american don't want to wear a mask, that is your right...when you see that sign on the door that says masks are required, you as a free american have the right to walk away. Nobody is forcing you to go in that door let alone wear a mask, it is your right to choose whether your freedom is more important to you.

But where is it that the store owner that chooses to comply with laws be required to be forced to sell to the person who is not? This is the zone where ignorance and stupidity becomes criminal, acting like this should carry legal consequences.

I am hard pressed to believe an educated adult posted this. Obviously, logic and reason was not in play when putting this together.

Refusing service to gays = refusing service to people who won't wear a mask??? What?

Under the protection of the 1st amendment, a religious store owner has the inalienable right to freely practice his or her religion. This constitutional protection grants the store owner the right to conduct business without compromising or betraying the principles of their faith.

It is telling that the only instances where this is an issue is when gay couples target Christian owned businesses to cater to their marital needs. Given the wide range of choices of businesses that cater to weddings, why do gay couples pick one that will surely end in controversy, even litigation? Ulterior motives? Yeah.

There is no doubt that a single homosexual or an atheist or a Muslim or a Hindu can walk into a Christian owned business and purchase something without infringing on anyone's rights.

Regarding mandatory masks, no state or local government has passed a law or an ordinance that requires wearing a mask in public. Governors and mayors have "issued orders" (EOs) to that effect. These orders may have the force of law, but they are temporary emergency measures.

Now, explain how you managed to conjure up an equivalency, or make a comparison, or draw a connection between these two vastly different issues.

L*****ts spend enormous amounts of time and energy wailing about human rights yet they don't even know what it means to be human.

So what about a business owner's right to uphold the law, the rules that say you are required to wear a mask? You don't agree with it so it's irrelevant?

There is no right to "practice" any religion, religious beliefs are wh**ever someone wants them to be as long as they do not interfere with someone else's rights and freedoms to believe wh**ever they want.

When you open that door to the right to "practice" religious beliefs as a business owner you better think real hard about wh**ever muslims or any other religion believes, because you open the door to them being able to "practice their beliefs on christian employees. How about when a muslim wants to reflect their beliefs in their business, can you figure out how it is that the two are kept separate? You keep yours to yourself and the other keeps theirs separate from the job.

Who's religious beliefs mean more, an employees or the owner's, the customer's or the owners?

The difference between masks and gays is gays have civil rights, and masks are the law where they are required, end of subject.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; This right is inalienable, it cannot be taken or given away. It applies to all religions.

Homosexuals have the same rights under the constitution as everyone else, neither the constitution nor any statute grants gays special rights because of their sexual preferences.

I gotta tell ya, your 3rd paragraph is truly a study in convoluted nonsense.

You're living in a movie, man, an adaptation of the screenplays for The Andromeda Strain, the Stepford Wives and the Planet of the Apes.

I believe you said "I am hard pressed to believe an educated adult posted this." The obvious answer is that an educated adult did not. Liberal "education" has a different meaning to a Liberal.
They may not be able to identify the direct object in a sentence, or have any idea what the Pythagorean Theorum means, or be able to access the Congressional Record to see how their representatives v**ed, but they can spot RAAAAAAAAACIIIIIIIIIIIISM a mile away.
