Once Trump’s time in the White House is over who will become heir to the MAGA movement?

Some of President Trump’s biggest fans have already been pushing for Donald Trump Jr. or Ivanka Trump to run in 2024.

However, there’s a man who talks to an average of over 4 million American’s every weeknight – which puts him at the helm of the most-watched cable television news program in history — who’s emerging: Fox News Host Tucker Carlson.

According to a new report, The Carlson 2024 movement is picking up some steam:

Republican strategists, conservative commentators, and former Trump campaign and administration officials are buzzing about Carlson as the next-generation leader of Donald Trump’s movement — with many believing he would be an immediate front runner in a Republican primary.

“He’s a talented communicator with a massive platform. I think if he runs he’d be formidable,” said Luke Thompson, a Republican strategist who worked for Jeb Bush’s super PAC in 2016.

While practically every Republican eyeing a 2024 p**********l run is professing loyalty to Trump the person, Carlson has become perhaps the highest-profile proponent of “Trumpism” — a blend of anti-immigrant nationalism, economic populism and America First isolationism that he articulates unapologetically and with some snark. At the same time, he’s shown a rare willingness among Republicans to bluntly criticize Trump when he believes the president is straying from that ideology.

For the report, Politico interviewed strategists who are aligned with other 2024 potential candidates who thought Carlson will enter the race in 4 years.

Carlson recently sold his ownership stake in The Daily Caller which raised eyebrows. The sale was made so he could put more focus on his show “Tucker Carlson Tonight”, but perhaps he’s tidying up for something bigger in 2024.

Interesting, I was pondering this very thought. There are some smart people there at FOX. Of course if you really want to get the dementiacrats going I would nominate Mark Levin!

Another good choice but possibly a little harder to get past the socialists on the left.

I've been warned by the opp that my opinions are often being deleted because they don't pass their politically correct algorithms, so I won't elaborate and just say I mostly
agree with you.

I was wondering has OPP changed hands? I have been warned about not being offensive to some on here as have others that I do not consider offensive at all. But it does sound like a politically correct crowd has taken over OPP and I was wondering when that occurred?
