If I say I am going to v**e for President Trump ,because I don't like what Biden stands for ...Is that considers H**e Speech ?? If I say that some protesters are thugs and should be arrested does that constitutes h**e speech??? What if i say that B*M are terrorist organuzationand shoukd be banned ,does this constitutes h**e soeech??? And isn't h**e speech protected under the 1st Ammendment of the Constitution ??

H**e speech is defined by Cambridge Dictionary as "public speech that expresses h**e or encourages violence towards a person or group based on something such as race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation". To answer your other question, I think saying you're going to v**e for trump is foolish but not h**eful.

This makes no sense. It's either h**e speech or not. How do PR's statements 'represent' h**e speech? Making progressives uncomfortable is not h**e speech. Your qualifier is just an excuse to express your dislike of progressives.

My answer to all your questions is YES. AND H**E SPEECH is protected under the Constitution. All speech is protected under the Constitution. One reason why the Dims (for dim witted) want to redo the Constitution.

Trump has lost billions. Some of our founding fathers lost everything and died poverty stricken because they loved this country. Trump loves his country.

Obama was blasted out of the water everyday from the very day he was elected and for almost 4 years since he has been out of office.trump has lost nothing because of our tax system,our founding fathers lost everything ,because the tax system at that time did not protect the rich like it does now.Trump loves himself,he don't give a rats ass about you or our country.

"H**e speech" is all a matter of interpretation in my opinion.
Too many things are considered "H**e speech" by the left now days.

It's like "political correctness". We don't want to say ANYTHING that might upset someone.

Personally, as a rule, I try and not say anything h**eful to anyone unless they earn it. And, anymore, they gotta work real hard to earn it from me because it's just not worth my time, or energy to get angry, and h**eful.

But, me being me, if I see you bang your head on something, or trip, and drop what you're carrying, I'm gonna say " Way to go dumbass, how'd that feel?
