Don't get me wrong i am far from being a races person, but it seems like a double standard going on here.

Is anyone else feel the right to be offended when there are BET award shows?
What would happen if there was a CET. Caucasian awards?

What about BET television station.
I don't see a WET station.

B*M everywhere and every station.
What happen to ALM?

What is the next name change. Is the White House up for a name change.

My list could go on but then it would just be a rant.

I agree. I have felt that way for years. I really don’t care what race someone is, but I am somewhat bemused by this whole thing. I suspect that a level of resentment is developing among the parts of the American public who are not supportive of the overactive B*M movement and their destructive activities.

Long before this came a “thing”, I didn’t object to the Black Congressional Caucus, or to the Black Miss America pageants, or even the Black Movie Awards, but wondered then what would happen if we had a white version? I’m tired of identity politics, and I do resent some Democrats saying that because I’m a Republican and support Trump that I must be a r****t. As I’ve said before on this site, my much loved adopted daughter was biracial and I didn’t care. She self identified as white. I never pushed it one way or the other. I just loved her. My feeling toward anyone is based on the person, not the race of that person.

This ended up kind of rambling, not what I intended, but nevertheless, I’m concerned that the violence and destruction inspired by all of what has been going on is being counterproductive. Yes, there are r****ts ON BOTH SIDES. Hopefully the rest of us us can work around them and reach equitable solutions to the issues at hand.
