No you look, I in no way implied that. Testing is necessary to find new cases, rule out cases and get accurate numbers for estimations such as "death rate."

And it's a fact that the more we test, the more cases we will find and the lower the death rate will go. Other countries aren't testing as much as the US so it appears that they have fewer cases. Get it??
