The Messiah will come when the Temple is rebuilt.

The Messiah is here, but the Jews will not accept her until she comes with power. Psalm 110:3. "Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth". The Messiah will cause the Temple to be rebuilt. "...behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation: lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass".
