Prayer requests

Greetings to my brothers and sisters in Christ. Someone recently suggested that I start a thread for prayer requests. I've never done anything like this before, so here goes. My first request: please pray for my brother, Ray and his wife, Anna, because it's possible that they may be involved with an occult. Secondly, pray for the Navajo Nation because the coronavirus is on the rise in it and many aren't saved, but I recently learned that the Lord is opening the way for missionaries to bring the Gospel message to them and other tribes. Tracts are being printed in several Native languages, so please pray for the opening of many Native American hearts. Feel free to share your prayer requests, too. After, this is what this thread is for. God bless you in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen

You may want to put this in Faith Religion and Spirituality section or you could ask Admin if they could start another section called Prayer Requests and see what they say.πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Dolly, not only should we pray for the Navajo Nation but we should pray for all the lost...

β€’ Heavenly Father…
β€’ I can’t stress enough the importance that we pray for the salvation of men and women throughout our world that have not come to a saving faith in Jesus.
β€’ Lord we know that it is not Your will that any one should perish.
β€’ But that all should come to faith in Jesus as their Savior.
β€’ Father we lift the lost to You.
β€’ And pray that in Your long-suffering mercy You would draw close to each and every one.
β€’ And that the light of Your love would shine into their hearts.
β€’ And that the truth of Your Word would convict their inner soul of their need of a Savior.
β€’ Thank You for sending Christ Jesus into the world.
β€’ To be born into the human race and live among us.
β€’ Thank You Jesus that You were willing to die on the cross for us sinners.
β€’ To give Your life as a ransom for many.
β€’ So as to provide salvation for all who would believe in You as Savior.
β€’ Father we plead Your gracious mercy on all unbelievers today.
β€’ And ask that You would snatch them from the jaws of evil.
β€’ And bring them to saving faith in Christ.
β€’ This we ask in the most precious and holy name of your Son Jesus.
β€’ Amen.

But I DID put it in the Faith, Religion and Spirituality section, or at least that's the section I tapped on. The problem is I have no computer access now that all of the libraries are shut down along with all of the places that provide free WiFi such as Starbucks. My only access to the internet is an Android which I got through California LifeLine and I'm having all kinds of problems with it, especially whenever I respond to someone else's post. I always use "Preview" to check my punctuation, spelling, grammar, etc. before I post a comment or respond to another post, then I tap "Send". Sometimes the post goes through on the first tap, other times I have to tap "Send" up to three times before it goes through. I think the main problem is that I'm used to using a keyboard instead of tapping on a stinky-dinky, little screen with a stylus. Sometimes I get so frustrated I just want to smash the whole thing against the nearest wall, but I don't dare because it's my only contact with the outside world. I don't know if you have any experience with Androids, but if this is of any help, my Android is a Sprint Wiki. Otherwise, I'm going to take your suggestion and contact Administration. Thanks for letting me know what actually happened. Sincerely yours, Big Dolly

Dolly, not only should we pray for the Navajo Nati... (show quote)

Oh, yes, I agree, but after I read what was going on with the Cheyenne River Sioux tribe and the Navahos, I felt very strongly about mentioning them. Sometimes the Holy Spirit places burdens on our hearts to pray in certain areas or for certain people, but in my experience, it's always for a very, good reason. Sincerely, Big Dolly
