I suppose I am not that old yet, since even though this stuff applies to me, I still think it's funny. What is not funny is waking up in the morning with aches in places where yesterday you didn't even know you HAD places.

That fourth one hits too close to home. I've found the big problem isn't that little injury, it's the fact it takes two weeks to recover from something that used to take a day.
