The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the California Governor's order banning in person church services can stand. In a split 2-1 decision the Court stated in part, "The Governor's powers supercede what in typical times would be fundamental Constitutional rights." In reference to it's decision, the Court went on to say "Constitutional standards that would normally govern our review of a free exercise claim should not apply." To do otherwise would, according to the Court, turn the Bill of Rights into a suicide pact. Now you have it. Your Constitutional rights are viewed as something the Government can suspend anytime it decides we are not living in normal times. Also, the Court said Constitutional standards are not a basis for a Court's review of such action. Does anyone not see how dangerous this thinking is? It is the basis of tyranny which gave birth to the American Revolution. It would allow the government to suspend our basic rights whenever it states we are not in "normal" times. Of course the Christian h**ers here on OPP will applaud the decision while complaining about Trump not following the Constitution in their way of thinking. But then, they actually h**e the Constitution. They prefer the way of N**i Germany and the old USSR as long as they get what they want.

Our constitutional rights are quickly being stripped away us. And the vast majority don't seem to care.
The vast majority don't care because they are ignorant of what is happening to them, thanks to our public schools.
We only have our selves to blame were foolish enough to think politicians will stand up for our rights. How's that working out? We could learn from Hong kong

The 9th Circuit has 29 judges. 19 are appointed by the left and 10 have been appointed by Trump. We still have more work to do, we need five more to flip the court. 7 on the court were born in the 1940s. For an average age of 74, 1 is 78. All appointed by the left. I expect a few will either be removed by death, health, or impeachment during the next term. Especially, if they are tied in with the radical left House or Senate. If that fails the SCOTUS will have to overturn more of their wacky decisions. Like the one just passed.

Worse than not caring. Sadly a lot of indoctrinated Americans are glad to hand over their rights, for in the end will be nothing.

Perhaps, a secular ideology devoid of moral Christian standards. I wonder, if the population of the USA is becoming a DICTATORSHIP of a majority. Those who seek this power, predominately Dems, believe that our Republican form of government is immoral when it is they who are immoral. When there is no concept of sin then there is no concept of morality. To illustrate my meaning: Lesbians, homosexuals, sodomy, a******n, crime, etc. At a time n early American history Christianity was 90% of the pop. One study proclaims that only 22% of the pop is Christian in modern times. These studies vary broadly so U can read them and form your own opinion.
