A Democratic state representative in Ohio said she "can't take it anymore" and vowed to refer President Trump to the International Criminal Court for "crimes against humanity" over Trump's promotion of a drug that has not been conclusively proven to fight the c****av***s.
State Rep. Tavia Galonski tweeted Sunday after President Trump spoke about hydroxychloroquine at his daily press briefing. The drug, normally used to treat malaria, is one of several that the president has pointed to as showing promise in the fight against C****-**, but its effectiveness has been a subject of debate. But wait a minute….should our medical establishment be in this loop?
Galonski said: "I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been to The Hague. I’m making a referral for crimes against humanity tomorrow," Galonski said. "Today’s press conference was the last straw. I know the need for a prosecution referral when I see one."
The Hague is the site of the International Criminal Court (ICC), which boasts 123 state parties. The United States is not one of them. Only member states or non-members who accept the ICC's jurisdiction can make referrals. Alternatively, the United Nations Security Council can also refer a matter for investigation.
"Crimes against humanity" is a category of offense that the ICC handles. The court provides a list of crimes that fall under this, including murder, extermination, ens***ement, torture, and "other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering or serious bodily or mental injury."
Fox News asked Rep. Galonski if there is a specific crime she is accusing Trump of committing, and how she plans on pursuing charges given the United States' non-member status. She did not immediately respond.
Galonski is not the only one to question Trump's promotion of hydroxychloroquine, given that the FDA has not approved it -- or any other drugs -- specifically for treating C****-**.
Despite the apparent inconclusiveness one way or the other about the drug, Galonski appears confident that she has grounds to bring a case against the president, and is calling on attorneys with international experience to reach out and help her.

I wonder what color is her straight-jacket? "As democracy is perfected, the office of the President represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day, the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be occupied by a downright fool and complete narcissistic moron."
--H.L. Mencken,
This has already happened in 2008, and for eight years all corruption was swept under the carpets! If we are to stop corruption in government, a public demand for such a change is necessary. If we don't force the government officials to be law abiding, they will continue to be criminally bent. Its time do destroy the dual justice system, and put many politicians in Federal Prison; or face eventual civil war!

You willing to start right now with the supply chain corruption Trump is orchestrating? Selling any critical piece of supplies or equipment for over it's stock price is illegal and the DOJ should be going after everyone doing it with a vengeance.

Companies didn't "donate" stockpiles of hundreds of thousands of masks to FEMA or the federal government so that trump could give them to brokers to get out to the market at the prevailing price created by massive shortages.

Barr said he was going after people hoarding or stockpiling, when the crime is committed when they are sold for several times what their normal price is. Trump sees this as the "normal" way supply chain business is done. This is what we get when you put a businessman who is a crook in charge of the best interests of the country, he doesn't know what that is.

So you believe the government should have the power to regulate prices?

Your statement returned me to Law School.
Dr. Cowan taught torts and when he replied to a student's statement "You are definatly right, unless of course, you are wrong."
That should apply to the egomaniacal liberals I read in this forum.

Can't help but noticing that you seem to excuse Trump for all of his corruption, discrimination, adultery, and misogyny…..why is that?

Please be specific in citing the "corruption, discrimination, and misogyny".

As far as adultery - that's his personal business. Most people aren't concerned about that (except hypocritical liberals).

No need to be specific...you see it everyday just like everyone else...you just choose to keep your head in the sand and pretend its not happening. I wonder if you would feel the same about his adultery if your wife or daughter was one of his victims. Were you concerned when Clinton was impeached over a bj? I bet you were. If you are truly an American Vet then I am ashamed of you.
