I can tell you what's wrong is when an 18 yr old gets 4 years for stealing a car and a man convicted of his third violent rape also gets 4 years.

Can you tell me why America is the most legalious nation on the face of the Earth? We now have one barrister for every 340 Americans; Europe's ratio is 1 to 3000. Tort in America is now essentially a fourth branch of government with a GNP rivaling the Country itself. Activist vs Constructionist is law is out of control. Hell.... crime is now out of control.....Today we can't hire enough police to enforce our laws. Our Constitution was based upon morals. Without morals the system is doomed!
