Some Doctors have already been fired for that. Remember, controlling information is far easier than controlling a v***s.
In my State, Doctors are not allowed to list C***D19 as cause of death unless the patient was admitted with that diagnosis, tests for everything EXCEPT C****a are to be conducted first and the results received before ordering a C***D19 test, and the priority for running those tests are "public risk" patients first. The results of this protocol are numerous deaths listed as "respiratory failure", and the State can boast about low infection rate and death ratio's, thus proving their "targeted approach" system works.

Can't help but think this won't lead to law suites, what happened to freedom of speech
Most of this protective gear is cheap easy to make and we should be up to our ears in it.
We have 2 trillion +50 billion and nobody could convince me we couldn't supply our hosptials in a few days. Hell use air force 1 to get it.
