You sure about that? Ruger? Every Ruger I have ever owned has been over-engineered to hell and back. I can't imagine that the company can make a gun as sorry as a politician.

You have never handled a Lorcin have you? The brand is the worst I have ever seen. For starters, the barrel is MOLDED into the frame! If you ever watched cops, and the criminal had the drop on whoever they meant to shoot but the gun wouldn't fire, you can bet it was a Lorcin. Made in California, a brand new 9 mm sold for around $80. I know all of this because I have one. I worked on it for sometime to get it to stop jamming. It will now fire every round with the last empty casing h*****g up in the breech. I keep it in my car because it DOES work but if it gets stolen, then it's no big loss.
If any gun was ever made like a politician, it has to be a Lorcin!

What did you reasonably expect from a gun made in California? Reliability?
