Ok... Three quick questions...
1.The travel ban didn't stop Ameeicans in China from returning.. Or green card holders...
Nor did it stop Chinese from entering America via other ports... Say fly to Europe then the US... So how effective was it?
2. America is leading the world in cases... And that's compared to nations that never instituted travel bans with China... So how is that explained?
3. Before the travel ban was enacted there were already cases in America... Why wasn't testing immediately implemented?

I believe everyone was mislead by China as to the contagion rates of this v***s. President Trump and his advisers, likely assumed that this v***s would never get out of China and if it did, that it could be contained. I think the success of keeping Ebola out of the US, back a few years ago, ultimately gave American experts a false sense of security.

Where they really made their big mistake was failing to realize the China to Europe infection severity and then cut off the travel from Europe at the same time as the China travel ban.

I am only guessing that the so called experts in the infectious disease prevention swamp, who would have been advising the President and his team, let him down big time.
