NYC has had top priority for ventilators. So what are you saying? Should the task force not send ventilators anywhere else? When they were sent 400, they had thousands in storage. When they were sent an additional 4,000 they had not even pulled any out of storage. Cuomo said he would not distribute them to the hospitals until there was the need. I think other cities are in far more need now since NYC has had priority from the start.
