So it was the Democratic Congress that d**gged their heels from April 30 to June 26. Must not have thought it much of an emergency at that time to not pressure Congress more.

I know.just as Trump stoped flights Jan 31.. Timing based on what they knew at the time listening to all their advisors etc...
Tell me, Obama knew and faced the same obstacles we now face...Testing equipment, masks, labs to get the results out quickly, lack of inventory, respirators, ventilators etc.. isn’t it common sense to stock pile all needed for the next time?? Do you agree had he concentrated after the epidemic to insure these things were in place we would not have had as much difficulty now?? Not blaming just questioning foresight for future epidemics...Am glad Trump is revamping emergency everything.. Much needed since it hasn’t been visited in some 40-50 years... We desperately need to bring our epidemic emergency everything into the 21st century..
