However, he says the Italian government balked at the idea of singling out travelers coming from China out of concern it could be construed as r****t. Then don't say "coming from China", just say "coming from area of outbreak". This kind of thing requires a Goldylocks mindset.....................give it a little thought, but don't OVER think it.
