Even in Washington their tone deaf I bet her phone has been ringing off the hook all day since she and Schumer put the kibosh on the people's stimulus not the government's stimulus that's the only reason why they v**ed against it is because it was going straight to the people and not in their pockets

"Just before Sunday morning's meeting, Democrats revealed what they are still opposed to in the stimulus package. According to a person familiar with the negotiations, Democrats say the language would allow for corporations to keep bailout money while still firing workers, that the bailout money would have virtually no restraints and that there are very weak stock buyback restrictions.

A senior Democratic aide told NBC News that Democrats are concerned that the bill lacks specific provisions to protect people from evictions, foreclosure or forbearance and that it would allow for only three months of unemployment insurance."

"Democrats say the language would allow for corporations to keep bailout money while still firing workers..."

Oh such a pretense. Oh, such political posturing! All the Democrats want is a great delay to crash the economy.

Send in the eagles and condors. Let the skies darken as they flock and descend upon every damnable Democrat and grab them by the back of the britches lifting them high into the sky, flying westward to drop them into the Pacific - somewhere.

GW Bush solved this problem in December 2008 by appointing the tough NY prosecuting attorney Neil Barofsky as Special Inspector General of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (SIGTARP) to oversee the US Treasury's bailout of the Big Banks. But once under the new Obama administration in 2009, the cronyism overwhelmed the honest cop; Obama nationalized Fannie Mae usurping 90% of all private bank loans driving 2000 small banks out of business, and then Senator Elizabeth Warren cashed in making a k*****g in FHA hedge funds.

Where is this gunslinger Barofsky when we need him? Who will make the call?

I actually thought they'd have so many calls by the time I called, the answering machine would be full and I'd have to call back tomorrow, but it wasn't.
I left a message.

I actually saw what she added and it was a dream come true for them.
Then Schumer complaining the reps wrote the bill without them.
They pull that all the time.

If you're responding to me, it does NOT have a slush fund.

My source wasn't McConnell.

She k**led the massive $1.8T spending bill designed to protect the economy and families from the c****av***s fallout! The Democrats are still playing politics and it will impact the future of the well being of American families. So Sad!

She wants to rewrite the bill to get more goodies in it for her colleagues, lobbyists and friends of the party. Same old bulls**t by the party of obstruction, greed and insensitivity!

Two sides to every story

Washington Post
“Democrats take responsibility for our workers,” Pelosi said. “We require that any corporation that takes taxpayer dollars must protect their workers’ wages and benefits — not CEO pay, stock buybacks or layoffs.”

I know what she said, but you need to go find what she stuck in that bill.
She talked a good game, but she put stuff in there that has nothing to do with the v***s or extra help for who need it.
Just like she loaded the first bill.
