All the junkies would have to do is go to a livestock supply store, or get a friend to do so. There syringes with needles are available. Buy a few for their friends and tell the recipiants to keep using the same needle and syringe and cleaning it with alcohol between uses. JUST DON'T SHARE THE NEEDLE AND OR SYRINGE WITH ANYONE. Not complicated and if the junkie is too lazy or stoned to follow those simple instructions, then too bad.
