Here's the quote:
"Lou Dobbs said it is a "shame" that Americans don't realize they have obligations to President Trump."

Do Americans have obligations to their POTUS?

If so, what are these obligations and where do they come from?

The word "serve'' was not used in the original quote... Why add it?

Because taking things out of context and inventing them when necessary is what our buddy Pete does.

All American citizens are obligated to serve our elected leaders in the best interest of our country. When there is an elected leader you do not like, you must remember that it was the majority who elected that leader. It is your obligation to support that leader until the next e******n.

We have an obligation to serve all our leaders (especially those we do not like), by praying for them.
and
Congress and others should not be blocking the good things our President wants to do just because he will share the credit.

Trump lost the popular v**e by 3,000,000. He was NOT elected by the majority. He was appointed by the E*******l College.

The polite thing to do is "show respect for the Office". When Obama was in office, we showed respect for the position. Did we like it when he couldn't keep his promises on Obamacare? Of course. We didn't always like what he was doing, or his l*****t agenda but we respected "the Office". Sure maybe we were counting the days until he was done. "Hope and change". Hoping for not much from him and praying for a 'change'! And we got it big time.

On Obama's inauguration day, McConnell decreed that henceforth the Republicans' job was to destroy Obama wh**ever the cost.
