They can write the prescription but where will they get it filled! I just received a flyer that advertised converting ur garage into rental space! My doctors office called and wanted to do an in- home accessment! WTH? I’m not disabled! They did one over the phone! I’m 66! I said I don’t need that! I consider it an invasion of my privacy, in cally they could b accessing your space! Am I being paranoid! What are they looking for? I only go to the doctor maybe 3 or 4 times a year! Thank God! But really?

I listened to the whole newscast and didn't really hear anything that really said doctors will need to write prescriptions for housing. Sort of off the cuff remark maybe. I looked further and believe that landlords have a very hard time in California to evict non payers. It costs lots of money to remove scofflaws from your property. Google, The Eviction Process in California: Rules for Landlords and Property Managers. Maybe that is why no one wants to rent. Cities seem to want low income housing but seem not to be able to build it because no one wants to have low income housing in their area of the city. Perhaps the governor of CA could use some state money to clear the mountains in the Malibu area and build lots of low income housing with ocean views. That would solve housing and also by clearing the brush from the hills would lessen the annual fire danger so prevalent in that area. The beach dwellers would not have to have the unhealthy air created when the fires burn.

You know how doctors sometimes get into trouble for over prescribing opioids ? Now think of this. What if the doctor who writes a prescription for a house is also prescribing opioids for his addicted patients, does that make the house 'a drug house' ?
I think Newsom should be prescribed some anti psychotic meds. This is his solution for California's massive homeless catastrophe ?
