n Wednesday, a lawsuit was filed in federal court by three high school girls and their mothers against the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference (CIAC), which has permitted boys to compete in events and win awards that would otherwise have gone to girls.

Selina Soule, Alanna Smith, and Chelsea Mitchell, represented by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), were denied opportunities to compete at higher levels as boys took home the prizes. CIAC’s policy allowed two males to compete in girls’ athletic competitions beginning in the 2017 track season. Those boys have taken 15 women’s state championship titles (titles held in 2016 by nine different Connecticut girls) and have taken more than 85 opportunities to participate in higher level competitions from female track athletes in the 2017, 2018, and 2019 seasons alone.

The complaint filed in Soule v. Connecticut Association of Schools states that policies that permit boys to compete in girls sports threaten Title IX gains because “inescapable biological facts of the human species [are] not stereotypes, ‘social constructs,’ or relicts of past discrimination. As a result of these many inherent physiological differences between men and women after puberty, male athletes consistently achieve records 10-20% higher than comparably fit and trained women across almost all athletic events, with even wider consistent disparities in long-term endurance events and contests of sheer strength such as weight-lifting.”

Way overdue! I hope the case makes its way all the way to the SCOTUS and they declare this ridiculous law unconstitutional!
It's preposterous that a male who identifies a female, can be allowed to compete in athletic events with females. Nonsense!!

The 'trannys' and their parents need a peek into the diapers and all will be revealed.

Suggested reading for all concerned.
If you have a penis, you are not a female even having it cut off(ouch) doesn't make you a female.

By the same token, should the view in the diaper reveal a slit and missing testicles you may safely assume you are not a male.

I am at a loss trying to understand why the 'queers'want acceptance for their demented thinking.

Oh the wonders of Political Correctness.

If they don't do something about this, it could mean the end of women's sports. My niece was going to sign up for track, but there were two boys who said they identified as girls that the coach allowed on the team. She decided not to join, citing her reason as "why bother - I'll never have a chance of winning and neither will any of the other girls." She signed up for a gym where she could go and keep herself in good shape instead. And I'm sure my niece is not the only girl who has done this...

It would be fun if the court told the boys (?) "Okay, you're girls these guys want to meet you and take you out for a drink." Only go farther than just a drink. I can hear them now "I'm a guy I'm a guy." I agree with Walt, this is really nonsense and there was one school where the trans guys lost. They had won, but the school board said "None of this shit in our school."

I'm at the same loss. I could go into their brainwave patterns an aggressive gay male reads out like an aggressive straight female and the opposite. Who cares, it's still sorry had to swallow a little puke weird. If you knew some of the practices. I'll stop, so I don't throw up dinner.

My solution to this ridiculous "problem"........if a boy shows up to compete in a girl's event, he goes
into the locker room with his coach and the officials......Drop your shorts!.....I see you've got a pair.....
Don't matter what you're thinking in your head, you've got a pair of balls, you don't compete with the girls.
My God, how embarrassing for this country if this actually goes to the Supreme Court.
