When a man promises to lead "the nation" and then opts to only serve a select few, I call that favoritism, discriminatory, and just plain wrong. I don't recall the nation being as divided as it now is in my entire life...and I was here to see the r**ts in Chicago and Watts. I don't think the nation has been so divided and in such chaos since the Civil War. But I digress....

I have asked several Trump supporters here on OPP to help me understand all the "good things Trump is doing" -but so far, I haven't received anything more than "he replaced Obama and my 401K went up" - so me seeing the 'change in Trump' you mention is just a bridge too far....sorry.

I was a firsthand witness to Watts in 1965. I was living very close to the epicenter. Things were worse back then (but not by much). This will not last forever. I hear as much, if not more, vitriol coming from the left. Neither side has much to be proud of.

You almost implied it, by saying the only thing Republicans like is that their 401K has increased. So conversely, Democrats would want the 401s to decrease in order to win the e******n since they have tried everything else to get rid of Trump and been unsuccessful. It isn't as far-fetched as it sounds.

You once told me that you currently don't have a 401k -and I try very hard not to lump 'everyone' into one category. I do know many democrats that have impressive 401k's - and I doubt seriously that even the political democrats actually want 401's decreasing -that's exaggeration at best.
