ALERT: C****av***s P******c Event Now A Serious Risk

Dr. Martenson’s PhD is in the field of pathogenic biology, so he understands the nature of this v***s more than your average scientist.

In video #1 below, Chris explains the v***s in layman’s terms, why the contagion we’re seeing is likely to spread substantially from here, and why the actions being taken so far by public health officials to contain the threat are woefully insufficient.

It’s important, maybe soon critical, to be well-informed on this outbreak. The ten minutes you spend watching this video may be the most important thing you do today:

This is not meant to scare anyone. I went online this morning to look at buying some decent quality masks from Amazon. I was looking for P100 level (NIOSH/CDC approved for this) and some cheaper 3 and 4 layer disposable respirator masks as well. I was able to find what I wanted, however on the disposable ones, just about all of the 100 packs or larger were marked "Not Available". Makes you wonder who's buying them up and why?

I saw people in NYC wearing those masks. They probably have a surplus at FEMA.

Apparently China is going through them like water so if people don't have any you need to keep a supply in your house . Men with beard need to shave them off the masks will not seal off outside air if you don't

I read in a report that only a full face mask will work due to the fact that it is contagious even through your eyes. It incubates for two weeks before you feel the effects if the v***s. You are contagious during those two weeks and they are expecting a 15% k**l rate.

I know about the mask limitations. Still trying to figure out options. The wife and I wear glasses which makes it difficult but even a partial mask reduces your risk a bit.

I lived through SARS back in 2003 in Beijing so here is my advice to live through the C****av***s in 2020. The video I posted above was made by a doctor who is a specialist in t***smittable diseases. Her advice:

1. If you can't get hand disinfectant carry a small spray bottle of 65% to 75% alcohol in your pocket (see video). This is very effective to k**l germs. Make sure to use on your watch and mobile phone. Do NOT use 100% alcohol as it is not as effective as 75% alcohol. Medical alcohol is easy to buy at the pharmacy or on Taobao.

2. Wash your hands often. Frequently. Thoroughly. Use soap or laundry detergent. Wash your hands thouroughly and remember to wash your wrists and forearms. ALWAYS wash your hands when you enter the house after going outside.

3. Wear a mask, but don't worry about it being an N95 mask. Actually an N95 mask is only necessary in really crowded areas and is not effective if you are not wearing protective goggles because the v***s can also enter through your eyes and even your ears. Hypochondriacs should wear protective goggles in addition to their N95 masks.

4. Crank up the temperature in your house. Higher temperatures k**l v***ses. Sure, you are not going to set the temperature of your house to 56 degrees, but keeping the house 25 degrees will eventually k**l all the v***ses. This epidemic will end in May when the temperature rises and the v***s is k**led off.

I offer this additional advice:

5. Wear cloth (cotton or silk) hand gloves when you are not at home. NOT plastic or rubber gloves. Wear these under your winter gloves and never take them off, even when you are indoors. It was the custom back in the 1700s and 1800s to constantly wear hand gloves because they protected your hands from being exposed to v***ses. Gloves prevent you from accidently, inadvertantly or unconsciously touching your eyes, nose, ears and mouth with your fingers, which are all ways v***ses can enter the body.

6. Drink lots of Hot Water. Grandmother was right. Keep your throat hydrated as the layer of mucus acts as a barrier to prevent the v***s from entering into your body.

If you get sick / get a feaver:

7. STAY AT HOME. Do NOT go to a Hospital. Stay at home, drink lots of liquids, eat Chicken Soup and yes, drink hot water. Do NOT Starve a Feaver. Your body gets a feaver to fight the v***s. Your body needs energy to fight the v***s. Starving a fever by eating fewer calories may actually make it more difficult for your body to fight off the v***s.

8. STAY AT HOME. Do NOT go out as you may infect other people. If you go to a hospital you may never get out, literally. You may be quarantined with a bunch of other sick people which could make you sicker. You do NOT want to be in a hospital if you just have a cold or even if you get this v***s. If you are quarantined you could be shipped out to a SARS hospital where you will be isolated and your family will not be able to visit you. They built SARS hospitals in Shanghai and Beijing back in 2003 and they are building a 1,000 bed hospital in W***n right now. You do not want to go to these hospitals.

9. It has been widely reported Antibiotics do NOT work on this v***s, so going to a hospital to get on a "drip" is completely USELESS and just exposes you to other people who may be sicker than you or may have a slightly different strain of the v***s. The cure to this v***s is stay at home, stay warm, rest, eat lots of soup and get lots of sleep.

10. Buy some Ibuprofin and aspirin to keep around the house to take if you do get a fever. Google can help you decide on dosages based on your body weight and your temperature. Ibuprofin can be taken in 1,600 mg doses for a few days without negative effects, see:
https://harvardmagazine.com/1996/07/health.html

11. Read up about Vitamin C. Massive doses (2,000 mg or more) of Vitamin C can help people fight off any sickness. The USA FDA sets a daily maximum of Vitamin C at 2,000 mg but Japan sets the limit at 20,000 mg. The issue is above 2,000mg of Vitamin C and you may experience a laxative effect. Personally, if I get the v***s I will be eating a lot of Vitamin C.

Other advice:

12. If you need to go to the hospital for something else (like a broken arm) wear an N95 mask AND goggles AND gloves. Stop by a hardware store to buy a pair of goggles and gloves because your eyes are an easy entry point for this v***s and your hands are an easy way to insert the v***s into your eyes. Immediately take a shower and wash your clothes when you get home from the hospital.

13. Stay away from crowded places. The good thing is this will be easy because China is going to become a ghost town. Everybody will stay inside. Nobody will go out. Talk with your boss and see if you can work from home. Order food through JD.com and Taobao, tell the delivery guy to leave it at your door.

14. NO MORE SCHOOL UNTIL MAY or JUNE. Keep children home from school. Young children are more susceptible to the v***s and every parent will want to break rules 7, 8 and 9 when their child gets sick. My 3-year-old is finished with school until June. Probably the same for my 7-year-old. The problem is there is not enough known about this v***s yet and it may still be mutating. The incubation period is quite a few days so a carrier (classmate of your child) will become contagious before they get a fever. All of this happened back in 2003.
