Question for Justice Roberts: Were President Trump's "Due Process" Rights Violated?

The House on one hand, is allowed to set the process up anyway they want. On the other hand, are they allowed to set it up where there are NO 'due process' rights. The Left showed no interest in being fair, t***sparent. It was very obvious to anyone following this it wasn't a fair and equal process. Dems ~ make a list of witnesses within 72 hours, and then they ignored the entire list. If I were 'running the show' over in the Senate, after receiving nothing close to a fair process, I'd give them absolutely no concessions. If they want to play 'dirty politics', so be it. Give them nothing!!!! https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2020/01/question_for_justice_roberts_were_president_trumps_procedural_due_process_rights_violated.html

The House is one hand, allowed to set the process ... (show quote)

The Constitution states only one command twice. The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be "deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law." The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, uses the same eleven words, called the Due Process Clause, to describe a legal obligation of all states. Since your I***t Pumpkinfuhrer has not been deprived of life, liberty or property by the congress he has absolutely no claim of a due process violation. To paraphrase the Cheeto faced S**tgibbon, ‘the impeachment was perfect!”

Trump wasn't being criminally prosecuted in the house so he had no rights..
He has those rights in the the Senate but I doubt he'll exercise them he's bribing and threatening them to try to keep them in line sweep the whole thing under the carpet
