Yes, call witnwsses!
Did H****r witness the phone call?
Did he? If he did, call him. John Bolton certainly did. Eyewitness.
What is Mitch afraid of? It's one trial per person/crime.
It's becoming a cover-up

Wow what an ignorant out of touch post. Trump has already been impeached the house collected the evidence and your fat POS in the White House never offered a defense. It’s the Senate that has the trial to determine if he is removed from office.

So Trump supporters being ignorant how can you have a trial with no witnesses, no documents, and allow Trump lawyers to determine the process as to witnesses.

Can you imagine a murderer headed to court and they make the murderer the judge. That’s what Moscow Mitch is doing let Trump dictate the process. (ONLY AN IGNORANT TRUMP SUPPORTER WOULD ACTUALLY APPROVE OF THIS PROCESS)

So your post lacks any kind of knowledge as to the impeachment process then the trial to remove that fat POS from office.

Democrats are being fair all they want is to call witnesses such as Pompeo, Giuliani, Mulvaney, people who had first hand knowledge of what happened but ignorant Trump supporters do not want the t***h.

But they have produced the facts.
I never saw a party 'sell' the urgency of getting the impeachment process done in a 'quick and urgent' manner like the rules for a typical judicial trial. But then she held on to the "two articles of impeachment' for 4 weeks looking for more evidence, but not finding any. This entire process will go down as the "Farce of the Century" Remember 'innocent until proven guilty'. Best of luck...and thanks for handing the House in November.. Nancy is so big on "prayer", I'm sure she's praying for the President's acquittal. McCarthy ~ "this is not a moment this body (the Senate) should be proud of".

I think you're worried, as you should be, that if evidence is allowed, he'll be obviously found guilty of abuse of power.

The point being that anything totally partisan is not a fact as well. Of course, there is a bit of biparitsanship in the house opposing impeachment!

The Senators should make their decision based on the articles of impeachment and the evidence the House Democrats used to pass them. It is not up to the Senate to help the House prove its case. The House must prove Trump guilty. It is not up to Trump or the Senate to prove him innocent. If the House cannot prove its case now without additional witnesses then it proves the impeachment was a farce. Of course, Democrats idea of fairness is that everything must be done their way.

I totally agree with that statement. The "trial" should ONLY INCLUDE evidence which was presented in the House of Representatives, nothing more. After all, that was the "evidence" that supposedly caused the House to initiate the v**e of Impeachment.

Are you kidding me?? Yeah, I'm a little bit concerned that a sitting President who was duly elected by the American e*****rate might be railroaded out of office. You know what? That's beyond the pale of calamity if it's allowed to happen. I think there is a 90% it won't happen because it's so absurd what and how ugly this whole process has been. It's like a guy going to prison for life for committing a crime he DID NOT DO. That's how bad it is. To watch Schiff and Nadler lie through their teeth along with the mentally ill Nancy....I have to turn the channel it is so graphically pure R rated scum. I wanted to puke. Really pathetic. Politicians like Joe Manchin, for example, and others are too good, too moral or ethical, trustworthy to be associated with this party. How about if evidence is FOUND??? So far you haven't found 'jack s**t'. Oh that's right. That's why you guys or Nancy needed another 4 weeks to find any amount of 's**t' that would stick to the wall. I understand that allowing the general e*****rate to v**e on this in less than 10 months is ludicrous.

It seems to me that it should work that way because that is the way it's been designed, however, this presents a dilemma to the Republicans. If they go ahead in that mode and dismiss this frivolous charge, then the Democrats will follow with all kinds of accusations that the Republicans are hiding something and don't want the t***h to come out. The positive aspect is that the longer this goes on in this stupid manner, the less likely any further efforts on the part of the Democrats will work. I truly believe that even the blue state v**ers are getting tired of this nonsense and that most of them see through to the real reason it is being implemented.

It works however the Senate decides it works. The same way it worked in the House with the way the Democrats wanted it to work. The Senate majority can run it any way it chooses.

Pigloosi appointed 7 managers, she may as well choose 77, it's the Senate'sball game now.

Tell that to the Democrats. The whole impeachment was based on opinions and perceptions.

Lib, why didn't the Rs allow witnesses in the House?

Because facts might have been exposed.
