Obama is more comfortable in a bath house than a brew house.

A mix of dark stout and pale ale, with a weak finish, leaves one with a terrible hangover and a bad aftertaste?

Czech beer is pretty decent... Bought a case for my birthday last summer... Didn't last long...

My wife is big on the pale ales...

I prefer a beer with more body...

Although I'm not really picky...

All varietals have their winners...

What's your son do?

I never liked beer but always liked the smell of it. Odd I know. Lol. Billy beer even smelled nasty and was the worst I’ve ever tasted.

The recipes look pretty standard to us home brewers although I'd let the fermentation go a bit longer, 3-4 wks, and I'd ferment both at about 66F.

Home brewing is wildly variable with small batch brewing techniques and methods. I'm thinking both might be pretty good but a brewer will never admit that his baby tastes bad! LOL!

Not hard. You can read about it. The big thing is cleanliness and fermentation temp. Piece of cake.
