Now, every single time the House has a majority of a party different from the president, there will be impeachment; no crime necessary.

They knew there was not enough evidence to remove from office and that is why they kept changing the accusations. They just want it on his record.just like now the mantra is also "fair trial", which means let hem call the shots or they will yell "unfair and cover-up." It is all about the coming e******n and nothing to do with the rule of law, fairness, or the Constitution. The Democrats are a dangerous lot who cannot be trusted to govern.
