How do you suppose that "you're speaking very slowly" on a written platform? Here's a friendly hint: when attempting to 'dress someone down' make sure that what you say has a modicum of intelligence.

You say that the person "saying something has the burden to prove it" -totally denying that when we comment on here, what we comment on has already been blasted across the world via the various forms of media.

In other words, I get my information from the same source(s) you get yours from. Further, with the available technology at your fingertips, you can personally "fact check" anything I comment on to verify for yourself. Sometimes I get it wrong, and when called out I will 'stand corrected' and admit I was wrong.
You ask for proof on things you either already know -or reasonably should have known, and then get upset when reminded that "you can check" (<do the research) for yourself....I fail to see why this concept appears strange to you.

If you said 'Bigfoot is alive and well and living in Bill and Hillary's basement, first I would ask you "what have you been smoking" and then simply call Bill or Hillary to prove you wrong....no need for you to try and prove an obvious fabrication.
I have not filled out a job application in many years. However, its customary to insert at the end of your resume: References are available upon request. <which of course is a no-brainer because of course you would provide references when asked.

Yep....pretty much what I expected...you guys always want to demand someone 'prove' their opinions to you, but when asked to do the same you balk....now, why is that?

Yes, but you would never say, " go look them up yourself ". By the way, I have filled out job applications in the last 2 years or so and I was required to provide sometimes three. I also had to do drug screenings and law enforcement checks and that was not even for full time work. A friend of mine went through almost as much for a retail job. Maybe you should dip your toe in the job market pool.
