Some months ago there was a video of a woman using a walker who was assaulted by some black teens. I'm not certain if any were caught or charged, but it was hard to watch. I wish she had had a gun to defend herself. They had her on the ground and continued to pound and kick her. What kind of person does that?

Why would you want to do that? Every time I do or say something I consider stupid, I simply read a comment by one of our Liberal Hobbit fart sniffers to remind myself about the REAL definition of stupid. It's therapeutic to remember how bad it could be.

Sorry, but regarding the first - the law is not on your side. One can 'talk smack' all they want and if you 'pop' them, it is still assault. One can argue provocation, mitigating circumstances, etc., but it is still assault.
