I first saw it on the back of a modified golf cart that belonged to the tractor shop.
This was at Bethlehem Steel IN. The entire sheet and tin mill was on one level.
We in the electronics dept. also had a couple of carts. The tractor shop had put a gas
engine in theirs, too fast!
