I love to be a nun, but not that way, jumping up and down. In the Catholic high school, I dreamed to be a nun.
In college, I forgot to become a nun. I met my Catholic boyfriend, we got married, until shortly after he graduated, he was drafted to war.
I want to become a nun again. But I discovered my true calling. I love numbers and worked as Accountant and Auditor for 33 years. Now, I'm still playing with numbers around.
Wow, thank you for sharing that. My older brother, who I totally idolized, went to Maryknoll for a year. He was 9 years older than me. At eleven I decided I would do the same. When the time came, I thought I was not worthy or smart enough. I talked to a priest in their office in Manhattan; he discouraged me. He frankly told me I was not strong enough to be a missionary.
