The Articles of Impeachment Must be Dismissed, and the President to be Exonerated.

The president exonerated? Absolutely! Here's why. The Articles of impeachment do not merit any credibility of impeachment.
1. Obstruction of justice, which they claimed Congress demands to requiring president Trump to testify was violated and disobeyed.

The president of the United States has its own executive rights and privileges, not to allowing Congress dictate its own rights. By the constitution, they have 3 balance of powers. The President is the Chief Executive of our country, has its powers of its own, different from that of Congress. Unless, Congress demands in Court, and sue the president. But they did not do that. There is no Court mandate to requiring president Trump to testify, therefore he is exempt.

In fact, when Congress demanded to testify, I emailed the president not to testify because he has his own rights and privileges as the chief executive. Fortunately, he did not testify to Congress, and Congress could not assert its power to accusing him of non-compliant. If there was a Court Order, he has to testify, but there was none. His rights must be upheld.

2. Abuse of power? To whom and to where?Congress again failed on this because the president's duties and obligations before providing aids to Ukraine. He has to examine and follow all protocols, as I have stated earlier thus his investigations and inquiries about Ukraine are some of the most basic and important obligations under his power, before providing any foreign aids to allied countries.
1. Know their backgrounds, and know the past activities done by the leaders in-charged.
2. Examine the benefits and effects, it will have for their country and people, and for the stability and security of their country.
3. Know the history, who they are, their leaders and what they have done in the past.
And after that followed by:
1. Ensuring that if corrupted activities had happened in the past, they are must not be repeated, and the parties involved of corruptions must be held accountable for their acts.
2. That the present leadership is in compliant and can be trusted.
Compliance of all these requirements must be a written form signed by Officials in-charge of both countries.

Ensuring that these protocols are done otherwise, it is a dereliction of duty if the president failed to investigate.
The president did exactly what was expected of him, and his p**********l duties. He must be commended instead of being impeached.

All these stated requirements labeled by Congress are NOT abuse of power. In fact, all those done are in compliance with his duties and obligations as president of the United States.

Adam Schiff and Pelosi seriously failed, all the substance of their Articles of Impeachment. Could not be enacted and put to trial. Dismiss the case, return them to Adam Schiff and Pelosi. They are all without merits and wrong. What a waste of time, and taxpayers' money.

They Schiff and Pelosi, were the ones who abused the power against the president and must be held accountable.

Radiance 3 deserves an A+ for that presentation. Democrats and a few RINO Republicans have been very afraid Trump would limit their opportunity to skim tribute from Federal appropriations and have lost their minds trying to eliminate him. I think most RINOS have recently decided not to identify with the insane Democrats to create the illusion that they are honest. Perhaps they will stay that way through fear if Trump manages to beat the C*******ts.

Russia, has nothing to do with this, Loney. Fact is I want Russia to be our ally.
Come next year, I'll recommend that to the president. Russia, I want them to return to Christ, the Christian Orthodox, they were baptized years ago. Many of them are already with Christ.

Linen was gone, and they are now back to God. Putin was baptized as Christian Orthodox. I will return them back to God, just wait and see. This is my big project.

Abuse of power is simply not an impeachable offense. If it were every single president before Trump would have been impeached. You just have to know that Noodler has h**ed Trump for over thirty years and the rest falls in for you.

Fact of the matter is, president Trump has never had an abuse of power. He and his family have been abused so much from the president Trump to the adult members of his family and unto the innocent kid Barron.

The president has been relentlessly harassed, impeached, insulted, knocked down thru images of their portrayals like severing his head by Kathy Griffen, and the Shakespeare portrayal play on his assassination, while Madonna wanted to burn the WH. All these radicals are some of the images of the extreme left.

The MSM daily reports of malicious attacks on the president with lies and deceptive statement to blinding the American people hoping their reports have any credence and must be taken seriously by the people.

The dumb and stupid ones believe them, and thus they have gathered the most ignorant and stupid population to v**e for their democrat-socialist candidates.
