Hard to tell who to believe, with all the experts discrediting all the experts. I guess one just has to pick the experts they want to believe are right, and listen to or ignore the followers of the other experts, telling them they are fools to believe in their experts! Kind of like politics huh?

Seems exactly what we do.... and what we will doubtless continue to do..

have a nice day...

Try looking at it this way.

Nature produces about 770 gtonnes of CO2 per year. been that way for about 400,000 years.

Nature also removes about 770 gtonnes of CO2 per year via plant growth and other natural sinks..

But a bit more then 200 years ago mankind started producing extra CO2.. Now the amount is not much extra, but the balance is gone and the atmosphere holds the excess which traps heat and are world in now looking at most probable the hottest decade the world has experienced in recorded history..

So this is not some sort of what if kids game. we can see every day the affect upon our world.

We need to join the rest of the world in lowering the amount of excess CO2..

It is very much a factor in c*****e c****e..

I wish it would hurry up; here in NY we're ending one of the coldest Autumns in a while.

Another brainwashed Democrat!!! Don't you realize that temperatures have not risen since the peak in 1998? Even NOAA finally admitted that temperatures are not rising. They installed new temperature stations around the world in 2005 away from cities, concrete, and pavement to get better data. They reported recently that their new instruments have shown no appreciable increase in temperature since 2005 when the new equipment was put in place. Their new data now agrees with satellite temperature readings that have shown no appreciable increase since 1998.

Furthermore, the flattened temperature trend is straying far below the ever increasing CO2 trend, suggesting a break in the supposed cause and effect linkage. But it is not straying from lower solar output since 1998. There is an eleven-year cycle in solar output, within larger solar cycles. The cycles since 1998 have been greatly subdued. The real danger is that we could be entering a solar minimum that could last a few hundred years, throwing us into a little ice age similar to what earth experienced from 1350 to 1800. Fortunately, the long-term solar cycle usually lasts around 1000 years. Previous solar peaks and temperature peaks occurred around 1100 BC, 200 AD (the Roman Warm Period), and 1200 AD (the Medieval Warm Period). That suggests that the current warming trend could last until 2200.

BTW, you won't see this information in the l*****t media or from Government sponsored research facilities. To admit these t***hs would k**l their fat federal research contracts from Uncle Sugar.

Don't you just love science Frosty? I do.

Klimate Change is as big a h**x as Obama.
I eat steak and this is changing the climate?
Born of a virgin in Hawaii with no proof or plausible explanation and we have a new Jesus leading the international left in toppling America.
Both pillars of leftdom, both the biggest h**xes ever attempted by the media.
And lots of people are believers.

The CO2 produced by mankind is negligible compared to nature. The Mt. Pinatubo volcanic eruption -- that lasted about a year -- put more CO2 in our atmosphere than mankind has in the last 2000 years.

Completely untrue...

The real issue is simple, industry needs to be responsible for any waste they produce, period, if we had done this from the beginning we'd all be leading healthier lives and our planet would be just fine.

there is 100 million to every billion, times that 100 million to 29, and that was 15 years ago, imagine what it is today

Although your error makes man-made emissions seem less dramatic, I can tell you are a climate alarmist b/c your calculations are in error by a factor of ten; there are one thousand millions in one billion, not one hundred millions.

You are absolutely right Barr, industry needs to be responsible for waste they produce, period. And we have been doing it since at least the 1960s. Our waterways and air are far cleaner than they were decades ago. But here is where you and alarmists go fantastically wrong. Carbon Dioxide is not a waste; it is not a pollutant, period. Carbon Dioxide is an essential chemical compound in the atmosphere. Without CO2, all plants die, then WE all die. CO2 is essential to life on earth. Let me say that again for emphasis, CO2 IS ESSENTIAL TO LIFE ON EARTH. Plants love CO2, the more they get the bigger and better they grow. Earth is now greener than anytime in the last few hundred years. CO2 IS a greenhouse gas, but at only 400 parts per million in the atmosphere (that is 0.004 percent of the atmosphere), it has negligible effect on g****l w*****g.

So Barrnextyear, you need to get off your soapbox and start listening to real scientists, not a 13-year old girl from Europe.
