Just the fact some clowns had to come up with a BS algorithm and multiple studies proves how truly ridiculous this subject is. Why can’t fools like perm just admit everyone should prove they have the right to v**e. The best way to do that is v**er I. D. The only reason a party can be against v**er ID is they want non- citizens or unregistered v**ers to v**e otherwise it shouldn’t be a big deal.

I will point out, though it seems very obvious that not all people live as you or I do.. for us, at least you and I, having ID on us is normal and an everyday routine.. for others it is not that way, the circumstances are proved over and over. it is groups that do not match the average of American.. Native Americans in the Dakotas was a big issue a couple years ago.
some state required a special ID, not driver lic. to v**e.. some rules made all the paper work need costly or difficult for people to obtain. this is as you said a done deal, not argument any more at all..

THE ID LAW HAS TO BE WRITTEN SO AS NOT TO PREVENT TARGETED PEOPLE FROM V****G AND THAT IS/WAS THE INTENT OF MANY OF THESE LAWS.

It seems very simple to me and most people but a look into the purpose and effect of the law proves differently..

I will not call you a fool for wanting v**er ID laws..

Like every right wing h**er, you know that the ID laws will keep some potential Dem v**ers away from the polls and you will approve of that under any conditions unlawful or not. just as you defend to the end the orange criminal you worship and kiss his ring, anything to suppress opposition v**es..

Not matter the price to country and constitution..

First off I’m not a h**er. I don’t like you but I’d have to know you better before I’d h**e you. Don’t give a damn if stricter ID laws stop someone from v****g. If it means as much to them as it does me they’d get the damn ID. What I worry about is an illegally cast v**e canceling out someone’s legal v**e. As far as blindly supporting Trump just another one of your lies. I was for v**er I D. Way before Trump.

I guess what he’s saying arch is Republicans aren’t as lazy as Democrats. Guess we do what we need to do to make sure we can v**e.

The whole idea is that we can prove who we are. If all those Native Americans and other democrats who stay away because of photo ID laws can prove who they are then more power to them. But we cannot afford to have outsiders coming in and v****g. Instead of "bots" on line, we will have bots at the polls and then you'll see some very real e******n i**********e, especially when some state races are decided by mere hundreds instead of thousands.

Besides Native Americans, as you say, who else don't generally carry photo ID's and why is it harder for them to get one than it is for you and I?

You are a sick man J...

You think that it is better to have a law which prohibits a few from v****g while making the party of this obstruction and injustice that much more problematic..

As I said, sick and anti-American...

You worry about one illegally cast v**e.. OK,, I can see that..

But you express no worry at all about the many 1000s more v**e suppressed by the v**er ID laws that are intended to keep people from v****g.

That does not bother you at all..

You basic orange cult member....

As is noted in every article, the laws are focused, designed to keep a select group from v****g..

Getting a photo ID so you can v**e is easy. Unless you’re poor, black, Latino or elderly.

Research shows that v***r f***d is uncommon in American e******ns. An investigation conducted by Loyola Law School, Los Angeles professor Justin Levitt found 31 credible incidents of v***r f***d in over 1 billion b****ts cast during general, primary, special, and municipal e******ns from 2000 through 2014.

"The reason to oppose v**er ID laws – specific and unduly restrictive ID laws, not all laws across the board – is when they unnecessarily limit the ways that people can prove that they are who they say they are, down to a few forms of documentation that can be quite difficult for real eligible v**ers to obtain," Levitt told PolitiFact in an email.

The Brennan Center for Justice at New York University’s School of Law looked into which demographics of citizens strict v**er ID laws might impact the most, by studying who has a valid government-issued photo ID. The center supports and helped craft HR 1, the "For the People Act of 2019," which aims to change campaign financing, end partisan gerrymandering and make it easier for citizens to v**e. The bill passed in the House in March 2019.

In 2006, the Brennan Center commissioned a survey that found that an estimated 21 million v****g-age U.S. citizens didn’t have government-issued photo IDs. Of those 21 million, 15% of citizens who earned less than $35,000 a year, 18% age 65 or older, and 25% of African Americans didn’t have a current government-issued photo

"a few forms of documentation that can be quite difficult for real eligible v**ers to obtain"

What documents?? Birth certificate? Evidence of residency like utility bills? School documents showing continued presence? Employment records? Licenses like drivers licenses? SS cards with numbers verified as not being lost, stolen or dead??

There isn't a good reason not to get a good photo ID unless one claims the photo is theft of their soul. Even Native American tribes have documentation of their tribal associations. I will concede that it might be tougher for some than others to get one but so what? You want to v**e as a citizen? Then get it done. Simple as that. This is the 21st century. Let's not pretend that people cannot do it. Fact is, you have black politicians claiming they lost because their black constituents couldn't get their photo ID's. Nobody believes that! Nobody. Not even the black v**ers who claim it's too hard to get one. Why would it be too hard? If it's too hard then don't v**e. I guarantee, it doesn't prevent people from getting free stuff that requires a photo ID!

Y'all can continue to make the claim but we ALL know it's a lie. We ALL know. They sound like the very same ones who claim the dog ate their homework. LOL! Look me in the eye!
