There is no legal requirement to provide aid. President Obama gave Ukraine very little aid because he was afraid of Putin. And nobody tried to impeach him for it. Trump has given far more aid to Ukraine; that has been the testimony of several witnesses. Trump has given aid to Ukraine despite the fact that 2016 e******n meddling came from the Ukraine, not Russia.
If I were President, I would cut off aid to all foreign countries, except maybe Israel. The government should not be driving America deeper in debt to buy friendship from foreign countries.
