“Most Americans have no idea that under Chief Justice Roberts, there are 73 of these 5–4 partisan decisions in which there was a big Republican donor interest implicated. And in 73 out of 73, the big Republican donor interest won.”

Your idea of proper bipartisan decisions are ones that favor your liberal positions. Slate is such a non partisan source. NOT!

Robert is going to go with the wind, not on Constitutional principles.

According to a fine lawyer I know well, what the courts should depend on is prior interpretations of the law, or as close as they can find..

Not the money and influence of plaintiff or defendant..

Ever since his last second switch on Obamacare and other decisions I have suspected someone or group has something to pressure him with.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I vaguely remember something about Roberts having some difficulties in paying off some kind of loan. There might be some tinder blackmail involved.

Yes, we've often heard the Progressive dribble that the only honest and patriotic Americans are them. That is the BIG lie, huge in fact. God save this Nation from Progressives because they blatantly push the belief that evil is good and good is evil. 25% of Americans today profess zero religion. None! What percentage are Progressives? it is here that you solidly have the greater numbers. What percentage are free wheeling hedonist because they had no religious upbringing along with the continuous attack on the Christian faith as outdated or a myth. Three guesses who promotes this type of agenda. Let me help It's progressives because they are morally weak and/or subscribe to moral relativism. Therefore, they are attracted to the progressive philosophy and agenda as if it were mother's milk. This perverted philosophy gravitated into the judiciary.

The 9th District shows us exactly how Progressives stack the courts and often go judge shopping on less weighty decisions? They use their stacked judges to make law instead of interpreting it.

SCOTUS has ruled against Trump on occasion but you can be certain if the SCOTUS was weighted in favor of Progressives they would v**e party lines continuously. Schumer recently threatened SCOTUS that if they didn't see things more the Progressive way that if they ever returned to power again, they might change the complexion of the Court by adding additional numbers of associate justices.I

Remember how the Robert's court ruled in Obamacare?

I think so also and that's what they're supposed to do. It's why it was a shock when I heard Roberts say he was a liberal and would v**e that way. Do I believe it? It's a wait and see thing right now.
