Let's shut down white collar Criminal prisons

Why do we have white collar criminal prisons where inmates can actually walk out in the parking lot and greet visitors. Why should a 17 year old or younger be thrown in with murderers rapists all kinds of perverts into a prison where you can get k**led over a shoelace. In a career Criminal Banker lawyer Indian chief c***ted and robbed sometimes thousands of the people going to a prison with a tennis court swimming pool.
I work in prison once two prisoners one was 18 and doing four years we're stealing a priest car driving around the block and returning the car. The other was a man around 40 who is doing four years for his third violent rape this time it was a 70 year old woman who he threatened with a butcher knife and repeatedly raped her, and we say we have a justice system I say we have a b******* system

Good luck with that.
We have a two tiered justice system. One for the rich and powerful, the other for the rest of us.
It’s not new, this has been true forever.
At least in America they are arrested. This is not the case in most countries. Heck, sometimes they’re even convicted! This is quite unusual even modern societies. The fact that they actually sent to jail at all is a triumph and a testimony to the greatness of our country.

I spent many years in federal and state prison.
Maybe you should stick to what you know.
The prison's job is to SAFELY house the sentenced convict until the time is served.
Not punish or rehabilitate. Unlike in snowflake land, wardens understand that men are different from each other in many ways.
Because of these differences men are housed in different ways. I know it's difficult for the brainwashed progressives to accept, but t***h is t***h.

You miss my point if I rob a bank and get 25 years hard time and a guy on wall street steels 19 million and he goes to a prison with crafts , he should be in the same place I'm at!

No he shouldn't. It makes things much more difficult for the BOP.
They're 2 different types of criminals.
You're insulting the bank robber by putting a schlepping banker with him at best.
You don't put child porn offenders with armored car bandits or Jeffrey Epstein with anyone....and even still...the warden failed.

If you’re distinguishing between violent and nonviolent criminals. Then people who are convicted of minor drug possession should be housed with the bankers. Same with prostitution.
Also, it’s inexcusable for any convict to have the kind of privileges allowed in these “country club “ prisons.

Or get paid $19.00 an hour to teach a class in law because they went to law school and that also secures them early release.

Indeed, since most prison “jobs” pay less than $5 an hour.

I don't really know what most pay.
I was just shocked when I was told about this guy.
He went to law school, but never got law degree.
He's in one of the white collar prisons.
Seems totally different from regular prison.

I'm glad OPP separated your thoughts with a paragraph, it was impossible to follow you. Why a 17-year-old was thrown in with older guys? Technically he should have been 18, but a simple he broke the law is why. Yeah, the system is screwedup, it has been since Big Al, what's new?

The topic is not focused on average prisoners of what ever age. The desperate need for prison reform deserves its own thread.
What we are focused on here are the white collar prisons where the inmates live better than a lot of people outside.
The oligarchy at work.
