So little trump writes a book, and claims that his family has made sacrifices to the family wealth, and was stupid enough to write about that when he visited Arlington National cemetery, comparing trump financial loss to the loss of life or limb by real Americans who have served.

And a real veteran wastes no time in slapping little punk donnie jr around, and telling him to join the military if he wants to experience real sacrifice.

However, being a trump, little donnie will follow the footsteps of big daddy don, and make excuses like heel spurs or chronic clap.

13 of the Presidents did not serve in the military.President Trump got a deferment because of bone spurs. Don Jr was not subject to the draft. Obama was too young for the draft and it had ended by his coming of age. We now have a professional volunteer military not a conscripted one. Only three of the current Candidates for President have military experience

About 0.4% of Americans are currently serving in the armed forces. The percentage of Americans who serve depend on the situation at any given time. For example, only 9% of the American population served in the armed forces during WW2. The average number serving at any given time is generally 1% or less.

Given that we have no draft, fewer P**********l candidates will have served in the future. Fewer Middleclass and upper income persons will have served. I served in the Airforce and the Army, In Vietnam and Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Germany. I would not have done any of that without a draft. The military experience gives one a different outlook on life.

You don't have to be drafted to go into the military.
I wasn't drafted and I spent four years in the Army.
