Nobody understands yet, they think they do but...

And you thought it was just a silly song. I never knew. It’s America’s history and this video is really awesome.

Too bad this video can’t be shown before all events to remind everyone why
The National Anthem is played. If you do not get a little tear in your eye, as you watch this,
then I feel sorry for you. You have yet to understand what this country is all about.
Next time you see hats on, crotch pulling or people not standing at attention,
during the playing of our National Anthem, remember this video.

Also remember, we have some misguided persons who want to change our
National Anthem as the Star Spangled Banner is just too combative and portrays violence.

Click below for a great video and perhaps a much greater understanding of the
history of America and our National Anthem:

I remember when Obama was championing a different National Anthem, something
less violent and warlike. This country was BORN out of war. Washington didn't
coddle the British, he shot 'em. That is the only thing many people understand,
and there have been generations since then that have kept on shooting them.....
it's called winning and keeping our freedom. I have a personal stake in that
freedom.....I was one of those defending it, and I thank God for the men and
women still standing guard.

I have a stake too. Years ago I retired, 50 years were enough but an IED made it mandatory. After my mom and dad, then me, my niece sort of carried the tradition on, but she's been home for years too. My nephew Doug is in the NG and was just sent to Kuwait. Why or what is classified to me. I can find out, but why? lol Obammie's "I'd like to teach the world to sing." I've heard better commercials. War is brutal for a reason, the f**g that I fly (Don't Tread On Me) says it.
