They said what they were there for so we talked about how she was under fire for stealing money from my father's estate as executor. They talked for maybe 45 minutes, said my father had not corroborated this. They went to her and told her they were going to put her in cuffs and arrest her for false charges if she didn't come clean about what was going on. She started crying and told them she was mad at me for putting legal pressure on me and wanted to cause me as much credibility problems as possible. They called me and asked if I wanted to press charges, and I regret not doing so, the b***h ripped me for over three hundred thousand dollars of my inheritance.

It depends on who makes charges and how credible they are. If they are credible, you have a history of violence, you posted threats on social media, witnesses heard threat or corroborated, yes, this is exactly what should happen. This is going to affect far more violent people than innocent people someone is falsely accusing.
