Asking a foreign government to interfere in a US election is not a foreign affair, it's not a foreign policy. IT IS ILLEGAL and one of the very reasons that the concept of impeachment was put in the constitution. If I remember correctly, it was Hamilton who used this very as the basis for impeachment.

Call it a coup if you want to, but it is the reason the founding fathers have us the basis for this coup. It is fundamental to our democracy.

I do have my issues with the founding fathers, but some of their ideas were pretty damn good. So, yeah, I think you're right. All of Washington DC, going back before Washington DC even existed, is for this impeachment. And Trump is the one who manufactured it.

Elementary my dear, Watson. Hamilton in Federalist papers 65-67, defined why a President should be impeached and defined Treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeanors. No where is it mentioned investigation of a political opponent by using foreign help. Now there is laws of the DOJ not to do so, but Trump's investigation homes in on why the Russian Hoax for the past three years stopped the work of the government.

Since the people of the coup do not recognize Trump as president, they ignore Article 2 powers that Trump has. As a result they look at him as a citizen and not as a president. Therefore they are railroading him ignorantly. But for us that do recognize him as president, see that with Article 2 powers, Trump is well within his right as president.

Why do you think that they say the president is the highest office in the land? If Jefferson, Hamilton, or Madison were alive today, they would all say, Trump is well with in his right.

Now, Congress as a whole has the power to check him. This is true. But to check the executive evidence of Treason bribery high crimes and misdemeanors has got to come to light. The transcript is evidence that Article 2 powers were exercised. Because Trump did not follow the previous administration policies is not impeachable. Sorry try again.

Again I have the Constitution as my guide in this case, what have you?

So (as Squaw Warren would say) So, when it becomes publicly accepted that the Obama Clinton Cabal and the kommiecrat intelligence bureaus used foreign governments to back channel fake information to make it look legitimate to try and prevent Trump from office, that's okay?
You know, that after the election, when Trump appoints a loyalist Attorney General, some of your heroes are going to jail.
But don't worry now, Bush Boy Barr will not prosecute any of your Cabal members.
Trump is totally within his job description to deal with a foreign government any way he chooses. Quid pro or No Quo, Trump has done nothing wrong.

You must be talking about the request to the foreign government to stop an investigation into the company which had the son of our VP on its payroll. Which would have reflected badly on the administration in power. And the VP even laughed about the obvious quid pro quo, in shutting down the investigation in exchange for the billion dollar contribution, saying, "Son of a bitch, they fired him (the investigator)"
I agree, that's indefensible. And blatantly criminal. So when can we expect the perp to be indicted?

The Federalist papers are not the law.actually, they are debates in writing about weather or not the constitution should have been adopted. It was, by the way

If you can't get him impeached for wanton disregard of the law would you be willing to have him impeached for disrupting the normal order of how things are done? Or how about for defeating Hillary who got more popular votes? Or how about for having an orange complexion? Or for having an eccentric hair style?

It is true that the Federalist papers are not the law. That is true. The Law is the constitution and the Federalist papers explains the Law. Reasons why the constitution is written the way it is or otherwise known as the Intent of the Law, is written in the Federalist Papers which an intelligent person would want to know the who what why and how. Since that is the case, it makes the Federalist papers relevant.

For example if the law is "what goes up must come down", one would have to test it. If they throw a rock into the air, it does eventually land back on the earth. Therefore the law was tested and proven to be true.

Now it gets more complicated than that, and that is why the Federalist papers were written. Some of thier purpose was the campaign for a constitutional republic, the other is explanation for future generations.

Oh my, I am the least qualified to run for office in today's world. I am a straight white Christian male who is retired on his own merits. No one under 65 would vote for me.

Trump's press conference today was the best I've seen yet. He was three beers honest with the nasty press corps.
If you hated Trump, you really hated him during this press conference. Trump smirked with victory after every statement he made.
It's what everyone thinks but dares not say.
I've been accused of that from when I was a kid.
Thanks for understanding, and noticing, and....approving.
I suspect that you are quite the same.

Lord help us to keep him.
Warren wants illegals getting freebies.
They all want open borders and abolish ice.
The governor of Virginia wants the guns.
Good grief, isn't that place full of hunters.
Schiff doesn't want the whistle blowers name released, but he released the transcript and didn't redact his name.
No math because it's racist.
We're racist because we were born white.
E-coli- fornia has a new state flower.
